What are your primary methods of shipping?

We use several freight lines such as Conway, Southeastern, AAA Cooper & Averitt to ship products throughout the southeast. We also have our own fleet of trucks to provide the most efficient ways of delivering our products.

What is the normal lead time for custom built adapter curbs?

The normal lead time for custom built adapter curbs is 1 – 2 days. If you order an adapter curb we have in stock before 1PM, it can be shipped out the same day.

Do you manufacture rectangular ducts

Yes! We are equipped to supply you with all your rectangular duct needs. That includes liner and/or paint grip upon your request.

Do you manufacture spiral ducts?

Yes! We are equipped to supply you with all your spiral duct needs. We can build a single or double wall insulated spiral — galvanized or paintgrip, whatever your needs may be.

Where is your facility located?

We are located in Hephzibah, GA. Hephzibah is a small suburb right outside of Augusta, GA. Our address is 2462 Patterson Bridge Ext, Hephzibah, GA 30815.

What is the cost of shipping for my curb adapter?

The cost of shipping for all our products is included in the price, unless otherwise specified.

What do I do if my curb adapter is damaged upon delivery?

If you accept the curb, note the damage on the delivery receipt. Call MTI ASAP and we will fabricate a replacement curb for you right away. After you receive the replacement curb you can file the damage claim with the freight company. If you refuse the curb, mark the delivery receipt as “Refused, Damaged.” Call MTI ASAP. After we receive the damaged curb we will file the freight claim.
